After successfully completing my degree in industrial engineering and gaining my first professional experience in international project management, I quickly realized that my health is more important to me than my career. Having experienced two ruptures of the cruciate ligament in the knee and having gone through a successful rehabilitation, my interest in rehabilitation and training increased even more.
Therefore, I decided to study physiotherapy so to be able to support people on their way to health and living a healthy lifestyle. After graduation I worked as a physiotherapist, mainly in the orthopaedic field.
But as I love new challenges and continuos education, I later completed a Master's degree at ETH Zurich in "Health Sciences and Technology", specializing in movement sciences. Among other new insights, I was able to deepen and expand my knowledge of video-based movement analysis.
Due to my enthusiasm for sporting activities, I am continuously educating myself in the rehabilitation of sports injuries, training and nutritional science.
In the meantime, my passion for climbing led me to become head of the office of the IFSC Climbing World Championships in Bern 2023.
Moreover, this passion often takes me to the climbing crags of this world, where I keep coming across people who are struggling with the same problems: traveling a lot, no time for regular physiotherapy visits and the pain just doesn't get any better.
Besides, who to ask when you're far from home and suddenly feel a pain in your shoulder?
These problems seemed familiar to me from my work in project management, where I faced these challenges myself.
Thus, I decided to set up an online physiotherapy service that would give not only athletes, but also business travelers in particular, the opportunity for targeted rehabilitation with individual training plans, regardless of their current location and available infrastructure.
I'm delighted that you've made it to my site and I'm looking forward to getting to know you and starting your targeted rehabilitation and training!
